Role Description
Leads restaurants performance within their area – developing managers, ensuring operational compliance, and building strong teams that deliver great customer experiences. The role bridges strategy and execution, translating business priorities into daily operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12 (essential)
- Tertiary qualification (preferred NQF 7)
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in Quick Service Restaurant
- 5 years Experience in supporting multi restuarants
- Computer Literate (Advanced Level)
- Valid Drivers Licence
- Field based travelling required
