We are looking for a qualified **Architectural Technical Office Engineer** to join our growing team.
**Requirements:**
– Proficiency in quantity surveying, Design, and Shop Drawings
– Experience in pricing, quantity take-off, and interim payment certificates (BOQ & Valuations)
– Ability to prepare project time schedules (Gantt/baseline programs)
– Experienced in preparing Bills of Quantities including items, quantities, and materials
– Preferably residing Cairo
– **4–5 years of experience** in a similar role
