Its services include engineering consultancy, architectural and civil design, MEP systems, project management, and quality assurance. All projects are delivered in line with international standards and best practices, emphasizing professionalism, precision, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate architectural design activities with internal teams and external consultants.
- Review architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Ensure coordination between Architectural, Structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines.
- Identify design conflicts and coordinate timely resolutions.
- Monitor design progress and ensure deliverables are submitted according to project schedules.
- Participate in design review meetings with clients, consultants, and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and project standards.
- Coordinate RFIs, design clarifications, and design revisions.
- Review material submittals and shop drawings related to architectural works.
- Support value engineering initiatives while maintaining design intent and quality.
- Maintain proper documentation and version control of design deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, BIM teams, and site engineers during project execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- 5–8 years of experience in architectural design coordination.
- Previous experience in Construction, Engineering Consultancy, or Real Estate projects.
- Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, building materials, and construction methods.
- Familiarity with local building regulations and international standards.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
