Role Overview
The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of traditional Arabian tea culture and the ability to prepare and present a variety of authentic teas to a high standard that reflects the brand's commitment to quality and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve a variety of traditional Arabian teas including Karak Chai, Saffron Tea, Mint Tea, Cinnamon Tea, and other specialty blends.
• Maintain accurate knowledge of tea ingredients, brewing techniques, and proper steeping times.
• Manage tea station setup, mise en place, and restocking throughout each shift.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and labelling of all tea ingredients and supplies.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organised tea station at all times in line with food safety regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Demonstrated knowledge of traditional Arabian tea varieties, spices, and brewing methods.
• Experience in a restaurant, lounge, café, or hospitality environment is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
