The Role
We’re a creator talent management agency, and we need a hungry appointment setter to keep our closer’s calendar full.
Your job is simple: find creators, message them, get them on a call with our closer. That’s it.
You’re not running the sales calls. You’re the person that fills the pipeline.
What You’ll Actually Do
Hunt for creators across social platforms. Find their contact info. Slide into DMs, send emails, follow up, follow up again, and book the call.
We have proven scripts and angles that work. Use them. But if you spot a better angle, run with it. We want sharp operators who think, not robots who copy-paste.
You’ll keep your pipeline clean in Airtable so we can see what’s working and what’s not.
Who You Are
You’re hungry. You want to make money, and you understand that the more calls you book, the more you earn. Simple.
You don’t need hand-holding. When a lead goes quiet, you follow up without being asked.
You write well in English. Clean, sharp, persuasive. No essays, no fluff.
You use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to move faster. This isn’t optional.
You have at least 2 years in outreach, sales, BD, or appointment setting. You can point to results and explain what worked.
The Basics
Reliable laptop, fast internet, flexible hours. Our prospects are spread across time zones, so you need to be able to work when they’re awake.
