This is a premium, outbound and if hitting KPI after first month also inbound leads , no cold outreach, no chasing leads.

The Role:
Call warm leads who opted in, find out what the looking to achieve and if they are qualified.
Present a proven, high-ticket career acceleration offer
Guide prospects through a consultative conversation and book next steps
Work with a structured, dialed-in sales process and qualified applications only
OTE & Growth:
Setter OTE:
-$4k/month starting
-$6k–$10k+/month at ramp
-Clear path to promotion → Closer role for top performers
