Application Consultant (HR Systems)
We are hiring an Application Consultant with hands-on experience in HR Systems or ERP HR Modules to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to HR processes.
- Configure, implement, and support HR system modules.
- Conduct system demonstrations, workshops, and user training sessions.
- Provide functional support and troubleshoot application-related issues.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful system implementation and customization.
- Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and test scenarios.
- Perform system testing, UAT support, and post-go-live activities.
- Ensure successful project delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an Application Consultant, HRIS Consultant, Functional Consultant, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with HR Systems or ERP HR Modules.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes, including Payroll, Time & Attendance, Leave Management, Personnel, Recruitment, and Performance Management.
- Experience in system implementation and client-facing activities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Experience in conducting UAT, user training, and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HRIS, HCM, or ERP solutions.
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Experience working with SaaS applications is a plus.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
