This position is not a custodian.

This position is eligible for our benefits package after 2 full months of employment. We have a very competitive benefits package that can be discussed in the interview process.
Must have: a reliable vehicle and current drivers license, be willing to travel to apartment communities throughout Hopkins, St. Louis Park, Richfield, Minneapolis and Edina, learn our processes, have a positive attitude, be willing to work hard and be available the last and first of every month for turnovers. MUST HAVE PRIOR MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE.
Nice to have: tools, sheet-rocking and painting experience associated with apartment turnovers, light maintenance and shoveling experience.
The office is located in Hopkins. We have other communities and condos located in St. Louis Park, Richfield/Mpls and Edina, so travel would be required. Mileage is paid. Working the last and first of every month may be necessary.
