Apartment Maintenance Technician Jobs in Morton, IL at Cape Cod Village Apartments
Immediate full time opening for a skilled Maintenance Technician for a 200 unit apartment community. You will be responsible for common area site repairs that require knowledge of plumbing, electrical and carpentry, directly addressing all physical site needs including building interior, exterior and grounds; responding to service requests, routine cleaning of the premises, and all other maintenance issues as may be required under the direction of the Property Manager.
Additional job functions include, but are not limited to:
* Painting vacant and occupied apartments
* Drywall repairs in vacant and occupied apartments
* Prepare vacant apartments for new move ins
* General building maintenance (minor roof repairs, brick/mortar repairs, gutter cleaning, etc.)
* Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and appliance repair
* Grounds maintenance when needed (minor tree trimming, trash pickup, etc.)
* Available to respond to after-hours emergencies
