Role Purpose
We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst to support our M&A and growth pipeline across mergers, partnerships, and greenfield opportunities.
This is an ideal role for a high-potential graduate looking to build a career in M&A within a fast-growing healthcare business. The role offers hands-on exposure to the full deal lifecycle, with strong mentorship and clear progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities1. Pipeline & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate CRM records across all deal stages
- Track leads, updates, and follow-ups across the pipeline
- Produce weekly reports on pipeline status, conversion, and risks
- Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and version control
- Monitor and qualify inbound opportunities
2. Lead Support & Origination
- Conduct desktop research on potential targets
- Prepare briefing packs for senior stakeholders
- Support outreach coordination and follow-ups
- Capture call notes and track next steps
3. Financial & Valuation Support
- Maintain valuation templates and benchmarking files
- Input financial data from various sources
- Support basic financial analysis and reporting
4. Commercial & Analytical Support
- Perform initial commercial assessments
- Prepare summary profiles (size, revenue, performance)
- Assist with presentations and investment materials
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or similar
- Strong Excel skills (intermediate level required)
- High attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Strong written and verbal communication
Advantageous (Not Required)
- Internship or exposure to finance, consulting, or corporate environments
- Basic understanding of valuation concepts
Tools
- Microsoft Excel
- CRM systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics)
- Power BI (training provided)
