A fast-growing and internationally recognised financial services firm specialising in private equity and venture capital fund administration is seeking an AML & Compliance Supervisor to join their expanding team.
You will oversee investor screening, review AML reports, manage quarterly reporting and internal AML billing, maintain organized files, and support client reporting. Reporting to the AML Manager, the role offers strong exposure to core AML functions and opportunities for growth within the team.
- Conduct client meetings to present AML services and provide key information.
- Monitor investor AML statuses, ensuring timely updates and strong client communication.
- Coordinate with senior compliance stakeholders on new clients and follow-ups.
- Support setup and management of client work spaces within project management systems.
- Prepare and maintain accurate AML reports.
- Collaborate with onboarding teams to implement best practices for AML compliance.
- Contribute to the development and documentation of AML policies and procedures.
- Review team outputs to ensure quality and adherence to project deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
- 8+ years’ experience in a client-facing, professional office environment, within the financial industry
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with particular emphasis on Excel, Word, and Outlook
- AML screening platforms such as Lexis Nexis, Bridger, and Grid
