Airbnb Host / Property Manager Jobs in Milnerton at Royal Retreats
- Guest assistance and communication
- Coordinate check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless experience
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation
- Identify and address maintenance issues promptly, coordinating with service providers as needed
- Oversee cleaners and other support staff, ensuring timely turnovers and guest readiness
- Monitor reviews and guest feedback, implementing improvements as required
- Ensure listings remain up-to-date and optimized for visibility and guest appeal
- Handle inventory and restocking of guest essentials and amenities
- Assist in pricing and occupancy strategies to maximize revenue
- Must have drivers license and preferably live close to Cape Town Northern suburbs
