Summary:
We are looking for an experienced AI Technical Documentation & Change Control Manager to establish, manage, and maintain documentation, governance, and change control processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in technical documentation, IT governance, and change management, with the ability to collaborate across engineering, architecture, security, data, and product teams to ensure all AI solutions are well documented, version-controlled, compliant, and ready for deployment.
Responsibilites:
- Own and maintain the documentation strategy, standards, templates, and document lifecycle processes.
- Create, review, and maintain technical documentation for AI architectures, APIs, MCP tools, AI agents, data models, governance policies, SOPs, runbooks, deployment guides, and user documentation.
- Administer the AI Change Request (CR) process, including change intake, impact assessment, approvals, implementation tracking, release documentation, and audit history.
- Coordinate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and ensure documentation is updated and version-controlled throughout the AI product lifecycle.
- Maintain AI governance documentation, Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), enterprise standards, and the AI knowledge repository, including best practices and training materials.
- Collaborate with AI Engineering, Product Management, Enterprise Architecture, Security, DevOps, Data Engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure documentation quality, compliance, and deployment readiness.
Requirments:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Technical Communication, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical documentation, IT governance, change management, or a similar role.
- Experience supporting AI, cloud, software development, or enterprise architecture initiatives.
- Strong understanding of AI systems, APIs, cloud platforms, SDLC, and enterprise documentation practices.
- Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, MCP tools, prompt engineering, and model lifecycle management.
- Experience with documentation tools, version control systems, and Change Request (CR) or Change Advisory Board (CAB) processes.
- Knowledge of governance frameworks, security, privacy, compliance, and Responsible AI principles.
- Excellent technical writing, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with strong attention to detail.
