ISB Optimus, an Anthropic Claude Partner, is launching its AI Engineering Centre of Excellence in Zimbabwe and is looking for exceptional talent to join our founding Wave 1 cohort.
No prior Claude or AI experience is required – we invest in developing these capabilities through our programme.
We’re looking for exceptional talent across three levels:
• Senior Consultants (Solution Architects) – 5–10+ years’ experience in software engineering, consulting, or technical leadership, with a strong track record in system design, leadership, and client delivery.
• Consultants (AI Engineers) -2–5 years’ experience in software, data, or process engineering, with Python literacy and strong learning agility.
• Interns (AI Process Engineers) – recent graduates or final-year students with strong academic performance; no prior AI or commercial experience required.

Who Should Apply
Individuals who hold, or are in the final year of completing, an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
