About the role
Our client is a rapidly scaling e-commerce and CPG company focused on leveraging AI-first systems and operational efficiency to support growth across multiple brands and business functions. The company is building scalable operational infrastructure powered by automations, integrations, dashboards, and AI-driven workflows.
They’re looking for a highly technical and systems-oriented AI Automation Specialist to serve as a technical right hand to leadership. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges through automation, rapidly building AI-assisted workflows, and transforming business needs into scalable systems and tooling.
What You’ll Do
• Build and optimize AI-assisted operational workflows and automations
• Connect systems across CRM, fulfillment, marketing, customer support, and operational platforms
• Develop integrations using APIs, webhooks, and automation tools
• Build dashboards, reporting systems, and internal operational tooling
• Collaborate closely with leadership to rapidly execute technical solutions for operational challenges
What You Bring
• Experience building automations, integrations, or operational systems
• Familiarity with Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor, Make.com, Zapier, n8n, APIs, and webhooks
• Basic to intermediate coding experience in JavaScript, Python, or similar languages
• Strong systems-thinking, problem-solving, and operational awareness
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-paced startup environments
