Are you passionate about building AI-powered solutions, automating business processes, and integrating systems to improve operational efficiency?

We're looking for an AI & Automation Engineer to join our team and lead the development of internal tools, dashboards, and automation workflows that will support the digital transformation of one of Kuwait's leading mobile retailers.

About the Company

Our Company has been operating successfully in Kuwait since 2021, with 4 retail branches located in Farwaniya, Jahra, Rai, and Mangaf.

As the company continues expanding its digital operations, we're building modern internal systems to streamline order management, customer support, inventory, and delivery operations while leveraging AI to increase productivity across teams.

📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain internal dashboards to simplify daily business operations.
  • Build automation workflows to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual work.
  • Integrate third-party systems using APIs and webhooks.
  • Connect business platforms such as CRM, customer support tools, WhatsApp, Shopify, and other internal systems.
  • Develop AI-powered solutions to optimize business processes and team productivity.
  • Collaborate with different departments to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure reliable system performance.
  • Document workflows, integrations, and technical implementations.
  • Stay up to date with the latest AI, automation, and no-code/low-code technologies.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience building automation workflows and business process solutions.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, Webhooks, and system integrations.
  • Experience working with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
  • Experience integrating business tools and SaaS platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered development tools and AI-assisted coding workflows.
  • Experience with database concepts and data management.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical projects.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Shopify integrations.
  • Experience integrating Freshchat, WhatsApp Business API, or similar customer communication platforms.
  • Experience building internal operational dashboards.
  • Familiarity with modern AI development tools such as OpenAI APIs, Cursor, Claude, Lovable, Bolt.new, or similar platforms.
  • Experience supporting e-commerce operations is a strong plus.

📍 Job Details

Location: Maadi, Cairo (On-site)

Working Hours: 8 Hours

Work Schedule: 5 Days On-site, 1 Day Remote, 1 Day Off
