Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and driven Agricultural Equipment Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the key driver of business growth by actively engaging with clients, showcasing our innovative agricultural machinery, and building lasting relationships within the farming community. In this role you will sell and represent a premium lineup of agricultural and turf equipment to farmers, ranchers, landscapers, and property owners across the region. We carry trusted, top-tier lines:
· LS Tractor — compact and utility tractors built for value and performance
· Exmark — professional-grade mowers and turf equipment
· Bush Hog — rotary cutters, finishing mowers, and farm implements
· Rhino — durable cutters, blades, and agricultural attachments
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new and existing clients within designated territories.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase equipment features and benefits.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, trade shows, and digital marketing efforts.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction through ongoing support and service.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales effectively while maintaining profitability.
- Track customer interactions, sales pipelines, and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with management on territory management strategies, market analysis, and business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales within the agricultural or industrial equipment sector.
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead negotiations and close deals confidently.
- Excellent communication skills for conducting product demos, presentations, and customer consultations.
- Familiarity with CRM software like EDA for lead generation, account management, and sales tracking.
- Demonstrated ability in territory management, lead generation, and direct sales techniques including cold calling.
- Knowledge of agricultural machinery or related technical products is highly desirable.
- Strong analysis skills to assess market trends and customer needs effectively.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
