Purpose Statement
- An Agent: Collections works within Credit Management / Collections & Recoveries department and is responsible for recovering overdue debt from clients in a fair, compliant, and client‑centred manner, while protecting the bank from credit losses.
- To meet set targets and SLAs for effective service delivery and team effectiveness.
Experience
Minimum/Ideal:
- 3 years’ experience in a contact centre debt collections environment.
Qualifications (Minimum)
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational

- General awareness and understanding of the basic service/contact centre skills and knowledge
