Ryze AI is a San Francisco-based startup building AI technology that manages Google and Meta Ads — replacing the need for traditional marketing teams. We already serve several hundred clients globally and are scaling rapidly.

We are hiring a GTM Lead (Sales & Marketing) to take ownership of sales calls, client onboarding, and go-to-market execution. The majority of our clients are digital marketing agencies, with the remainder being direct-to-brand clients.

This is a full-time remote position working approximately 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM South Africa time.

Compensation:

Basic salary between $1,200 – $1,500 USD per month, depending on experience.

In addition, there is a strong commission structure in USD, offering significant earning potential for top performers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead 10+ sales calls per day with agencies and brands
  • Sell AI-driven advertising solutions to digital marketing agencies
  • Own and manage the client onboarding process
  • Drive go-to-market execution alongside the founder
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ensure fast response times and exceptional client care
  • Operate in a fast-paced, high-performance startup environment

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a digital marketing agency environment
  • Strong experience selling digital marketing solutions (Google Ads, Meta Ads, performance marketing, or similar services)
  • Comfortable running high-volume daily sales calls
  • Strong commercial instincts and closing ability
  • Deep understanding of paid media and performance marketing
  • Ability to quickly grasp AI-driven marketing products
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in an intense startup setting
  • Comfortable working focused, performance-driven hours
