Afterparts Bot Salesman
We are looking to employ a Afterparts Bot Salesman for online ordering platform. The successful candidates should live within the Strand, Somerset West or Gordon’s Bay area.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage online sales received through the Midas Bot app.
- Provide professional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Ensure accurate processing of orders and timely communication with clients.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in parts sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (professional and clear).
- Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
- Familiarity with online sales platforms and digital tools will be advantageous.
Personal Characteristics:
- Proven integrity and honesty.
- Be able to follow instructions and procedures.
- Able to work unsupervised and flexible to deal with changing circumstances and time pressure.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and display a positive attitude.
- Willing to help where needed and go the extra mile.
