SA – Gauteng, Johannesburg CBDA Well Know Established Firearms Client of mine is seeking for an experienced Administrator with some experience or background in firearms would be an advantage.
Minimum requirements:

  • Duties & Responsibilities
    Manage front desk operations, including greeting customers and handling inquiries Process sales transactions for firearms, ammunition, and range services Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all documentation complies with legal and regulatory requirements Schedule shooting range bookings, training sessions, and events Handle phone calls, emails, and general correspondence Assist with stock control, inventory tracking, and ordering of supplies Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly administrative and sales reports Support compliance processes, including verifying licenses and required permits Liaise with suppliers, staff, and customers to ensure smooth operations Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and office area Assist with basic marketing tasks such as promotions, bookings, and customer follow-ups Provide general administrative support to management and range staff

    Key Skills & Requirements

    Strong administrative and organizational skills Attention to detail, especially with compliance and documentation Good communication and customer service skills Ability to handle cash and POS systems Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, booking systems) Ability to work in a regulated and safety-focused environment Knowledge of firearms regulations (advantageous)
