Administrator – Maintenance Jobs in Lanseria at ExecuJet-MRO

The main objective of the position is to effectively control and administer the quoting, job closing, work pack auditing, manage all freight import and exports and updating progress sheets.


Key responsibilities:

  • Create accurate estimates (quotes) and securing the approvals.
  • Initiate work after approval of estimate
  • Manage Corridor WIP on LAN for accuracy.
  • Create purchase orders.
  • AOG / MRT (aircraft on ground)/ URGENT and RUSH orders are prioritized.
  • Create precise and thorough billings / invoices.
  • Create accurate billings (Invoicing) for claims.
  • Assist with ad hoc duties as assigned by the relevant manager.

Education:

  • Grade 12
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)


Experience:

  • 1 – 2 Years experience as a buyer (procurement)
  • 5 Years administration experience in an aviation production environment, including:
  • ERP Systems
  • Aviation administration
  • Quoting
  • Work pack administration.
  • Billing and invoice experience (Basic Financial understanding)
  • OEM support and warranty programs
  • Customer and service provider liaison
  • Experience in maintenance programs (added advantage)
