Role Description The Administrator/Data Capturer will work on-site in Kathu in a part-time capacity, supporting daily administrative and data-related activities. Responsibilities include capturing, updating, and maintaining accurate data in internal systems and databases, as well as verifying information for completeness and correctness. The role involves organizing digital and physical records, generating basic reports, and assisting with routine documentation related to payroll and placement processes. The Administrator/Data Capturer will communicate with internal team members to clarify information, follow established procedures, and ensure deadlines are met. This position requires consistent attention to detail, confidentiality when handling sensitive data, and a structured approach to daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong data administration and data management skills, with the ability to capture, maintain, and organize high volumes of information accurately.
- Competence in database administration, including updating records, running queries, and maintaining data integrity in relevant systems.
- Well-developed analytical skills to review data for errors, identify inconsistencies, and support basic reporting or trend checks.
- Clear and professional communication skills for collaborating with colleagues and clarifying information when needed.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email) and comfort working with digital tools and systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in an administrative, data capturing, or payroll support role is beneficial.
