Job Description
To provide a high level of service across the different death claim types through various communication channels to our customers, by assessing, communicating and resolving queries across the various claim types as per the multi-skilling Journey. To Act as a subject matter expert on the assessment of claims per section 37c of the Pension Funds Act and a clear understanding of other claims within the employee benefits space..

The role requires an individual with minimum of 3 years insurance industry experience. Minimum of 2 years death claims experience would be required as a minimum. Group risk insurance product knowledge of at least 1 product for an Insurance Consultant Level 1.
