Segam Group has a job opening for an Administrative.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records, including attendance and leave tracking.
- Prepare periodic HR-related reports.
- Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs for the factory.
- Assess employee training requirements in coordination with department heads.
- Monitor the performance of new employees during their probationary period.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and factory safety policies.
- Implement and follow up on occupational health and safety policies in collaboration.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in administrative roles (experience in food manufacturing or FMCG is highly preferred).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and social insurance regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
- Preferably a resident of El Faiyum.
Working Days: "6 days per week".
Working Place: "El Faiyum Elgideda".
