Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Support
- Serve as first point of contact for customer inquiries via email and chat
- Route customer issues to appropriate team members and track resolution
- Maintain customer databases and update records with 100% accuracy
Administrative Operations
- Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings across multiple time zones
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Manage digital filing systems and document organization
Process Coordination
- Assist with onboarding new team members and customers
- Track and order office supplies for remote team members
- Maintain team calendars and coordinate schedules
Special Projects
- Assist with customer satisfaction surveys and feedback compilation
- Support marketing team with customer communication initiatives
- Help streamline administrative processes for greater efficiency
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides and PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Comfort with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
- Strong typing skills (50+ WPM)

Experience & Education
- 2+ years administrative or customer service experience
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
