Key Responsibilities

Customer Service Support

  • Serve as first point of contact for customer inquiries via email and chat
  • Route customer issues to appropriate team members and track resolution
  • Maintain customer databases and update records with 100% accuracy

Administrative Operations

  • Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings across multiple time zones
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
  • Manage digital filing systems and document organization

Process Coordination

  • Assist with onboarding new team members and customers
  • Track and order office supplies for remote team members
  • Maintain team calendars and coordinate schedules

Special Projects

  • Assist with customer satisfaction surveys and feedback compilation
  • Support marketing team with customer communication initiatives
  • Help streamline administrative processes for greater efficiency

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
  • Comfort with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
  • Strong typing skills (50+ WPM)

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Experience & Education

  • 2+ years administrative or customer service experience
  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
