Administrative Clerk / Store Controller

We are looking for a reliable and organised Administrative Clerk / Store Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating with customers and suppliers, and ensuring accurate stock control.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Valid South African Driver's Licence
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain monthly Excel reports for Head Office in Germany
- Liaise with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and payment follow-ups
- Communicate with suppliers regarding stock availability, orders, and delivery dates
- Manage and control stock on site, including monthly stock counts
- Ensure Finance receives all relevant documentation timeously
- Assist with picking and checking orders before dispatch
- Check incoming stock deliveries from local and international suppliers
- Provide administrative support to Sales Engineers when required
Working Conditions
- Primarily office-based role
- Occasional local travel may be required
- 40.5 hours per week
