Overall purpose of the position:
- Responsible for providing general administrative support to the Estate management team. Functions will include data capturing and cross-referencing, electronic recordkeeping and customer liaison.
- The successful candidate must be committed to maintaining smooth administrative operations and contribute to a well-structured, customer-focused environment.
- They must demonstrate a high level of professionalism, confidentiality and the ability to work independently and perform efficiently under pressure.
Key performance areas:
- Management and upkeep of estate systems
- Data capturing and cross-referencing
- Recordkeeping
- Customer service and liaison
- Diary management and facility bookings
- Perform general office administration and ad hoc duties as required
Minimum requirements:
- National Diploma in business administration/management with 2 years’ experience OR Grade 12 with 5 years’ experience
- Computer literate with strong Microsoft Office skills
- Reliable transport, own transport will be an advantage
- No criminal record
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R9 000,00 – R12 000,00 per month
