Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support to the recruitment and operations teams

Update candidate and client records in the CRM and ATS systems

Assist with formatting CVs, compiling reports, and preparing basic documentation

Monitor shared inboxes and direct queries to the appropriate team member

Support scheduling and diary management for consultants

Complete data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as directed by the team

Qualifications and Experience

0–1 years' experience in an administrative or office support role — recent graduates welcome

Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn

Good written and verbal communication skills

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

A positive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic

Must have access to a laptop and reliable, high-speed internet

A quiet, professional home-working environment

Ability to work UK business hours
