The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is a team player with exceptional Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, and the ability to follow instructions to completion. You should be proactive, eager to learn, and capable of supporting multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide reliable administrative support to the team, including scheduling, file management, and word processing.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems; ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Follow through on assigned tasks, ensuring completion within deadlines.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support project workflows and office operations.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping or invoicing tasks if required (depending on role).
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel expert-level preferred; Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong data entry and typing skills; exceptional attention to detail.
