- Help homeowners complete an application & budget
- Visit homes with Executive Director to interview applicants
- Respond to phone and e-mail inquiries
- Enter data in Quickbook

- Answering a homeowner’s question on their application status
- Tracking applications to insure they’re moving through the process efficiently
- Attending a ribbon cutting ceremony when a home renovation is completed
- Joining the Executive Director in meetings with community partners
