Job Overview:
Amberskies is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administration Officer to support daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of administrative processes, be eager to learn, and be open to on-the-job training within a fast-paced engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage general office administration and daily operations
· Handle filing, data capturing, and document management
· Assist with scheduling, emails, and internal communications
· Support the engineering team with administrative tasks
· Maintain accurate records and reports
· Ensure smooth coordination between departments
· Uphold company procedures and administrative standards
Minimum Requirements:
· 1–2 years of administrative experience
· High level of understanding and attention to detail
· Strong willingness to learn and grow
· Receptive to training and feedback
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word (advantageous)
· Good communication and organizational skills
