Falcon is seeking a professional Administration Clerk & Receptionist to ensure smooth daily interactions between employees, customers, and service providers while delivering efficient reception and administrative support. The role involves managing the switchboard, welcoming visitors, and assisting with general office administration to support overall business operations.

Requirements:

  • National Senior Certificate
  • 2–3 years’ relevant administrative experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer systems and general office administration
