We’re Hiring: Administrative Clerk

Location: Waterfall, Durban, KZN

We’re growing and looking for a motivated, detail-oriented junior team member to join our finance and operations department.

This is an entry-level role ideal for someone with 1–2 years’ experience who wants to build a long-term career in finance, bookkeeping, and business operations.

What we’re looking for:

* BCom Accounting / Finance graduate (or currently completing a qualification)

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a bookkeeping or admin role
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Confident and professional phone communication
  • Ability to manage suppliers and assist with procurement
  • Solid attention to detail
  • A hard-working, determined mindset
  • A team player who wants to grow
  • A valid driver’s license

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Basic creditors and debtors processing
  • Capturing invoices and purchase orders
  • Filing and document management
  • Assisting with procurement and supplier coordination
  • Administrative support to the finance, admin, and operations teams
  • General bookkeeping and reconciliation support
  • General administrative assistance
