Position: Admin/ Floor Manager (Outdoor)
Our client in the Firearms and Outdoor industry is looking for an Admin/Floor Manager.
Key responsibilities
· Successfully manage staff/customer enquiries
· Adhere to all sales/safe procedures and knowledge of safe admin will be beneficial
· Regular reporting and feedback to store manager
· Daily floor walks
· Daily backorder checks
· Monthly Non-Stock Backorder investigation
· Daily managing tasks on wanderlust and ensuring all daily duties are conducted timeously
Requirements
Behavioral
Competencies:
· Proven sales track record
· Balanced and mature behavioral profile
· Energetic/self-motivated and goal oriented
· Ability to work under pressure and put in extra efforts to meet tight deadlines
· Strong customer orientation skills, and trading mentality.
· Excellent verbal and written communication ability
· Ability to identify and resolve problems timeously and accurately
· Managing the team by example and leading from the front.
Requirements:
· Solid Experience in sales management of retail stores.
· Matric
· Competency to trade in firearms and ammunition
· Good knowledge of excel and Microsoft office in general
· Knowledge of investigating stock movement, hazard counts as well as stock takes will be beneficial.
· Experience in Labour scheduling and staff scheduling
· Sound Knowledge of the hunting and sport shooting industry
