Office Administration & Reception

· Manage reception area and ensure a professional environment.

· Operate switchboard and direct calls appropriately.

· Control boardroom and office facilities (lights, aircon, access).

· Receive, verify and distribute deliveries and documentation.

· Maintain accurate and organised filing systems.

HR & Payroll Administration

· Capture and maintain overtime records accurately.

· Ensure sick notes and supporting documents are attached where required.

· Monitor absenteeism, short time and irregular patterns.

Procurement & Finance Administration

· Assist procurement processes by sourcing at least three quotes.

Stock & Inventory Control

· Maintain stock registers for:

· PPE

· Stationery

· Groceries

· Conduct weekly stock checks and monthly stock reporting.

· Monitor usage trends and identify discrepancies.

PPE & Compliance

· Maintain PPE issue records and stock tracking.

General Administrative Duties

· Maintain efficient filing and recordkeeping systems.

· Assist with ad hoc duties as required by management.

Pay: R7 800,00 per month
