This is a varied front desk role where you will answer calls, welcome visitors, handle courier arrangements, keep records up to date and handle day-to-day office administration. The office offers a supportive setting where people pitch in and standards matter. Must have strong organisational and communication skills. Professional and pro-active receptionist/administrator.
Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure a clean, organised and welcoming front office environment.
Running daily errands using company provided vehicle.
Support management with day-to-day office and personal operations
Working closely with manufacturing and laboratory staff printing labels and processing of batch numbers for daily production i.e staff support
Maintaining clock-in system
