Admin Assistant Jobs in Epping at Overseas Administration Management

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Relocation Administration Assistant to support our relocation operations team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing assignment documentation, coordinating invoicing processes, and supporting operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the intake process for new relocation assignments and ensure all information is accurately captured in the system.
  • Maintain complete and accurate assignment files and system documentation.
  • Support the monthly invoicing cycle in collaboration with the Finance Coordinator.
  • Assist with invoice preparation, validation, and distribution.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly operational and financial reports.
  • Track service delivery milestones and ensure files are updated accordingly.
  • Assist in coordinating monthly operational meetings.
  • Support the tracking and reporting of operational metrics and performance data.

Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration (preferred)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • 5–8 years of administrative experience
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and attention-to-detail skills
