The company clients are primarily factories and manufacturers across major industrial zones in Egypt, including 6th of October, Abu Rawash, Sadat City, Borg El Arab, 10th of Ramadan, Obour, and Badr, in addition to serving customers across different governorates.
🎯 Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Accounting Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting operations, financial management, taxation, and ERP systems, with hands-on expertise in Odoo.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
–Manage all accounting operations, including General Ledger, Cost Accounting, Taxation, Treasury, and Financial Reporting.
-Oversee daily accounting transactions, invoicing, cash in/out, and bank reconciliations.
-Manage banking relationships, collections, and cash flow activities.
-Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
-Lead and supervise the accounting team and financial operations.
-Take full ownership of the Odoo ERP accounting module following the handover from the implementation team.
-Prepare financial reports and provide insights to support management decisions.
🎯 Requirements
✔️ 10+ years of experience in accounting and finance roles.
✔️ Strong hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (mandatory). Candidates will be assessed on their Odoo expertise, as the role involves taking over operations directly from the Odoo implementation team.
✔️ Solid experience in:
- Cost Accounting
- Taxation
- Invoicing
- Treasury Management
- General Accounting Operations
✔️ Proven experience managing:
- Cash In & Cash Out operations
- Banking transactions and collections
- Financial reconciliations and reporting
✔️Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and leadership skills.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls.
- Experience in managing accounting teams and improving financial processes.
🕒 Working Conditions
📅 Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
⏰ Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
🏖️ Days Off: Friday & Saturday + Official Holidays
