We’re Hiring: Accounting Clerk
Xenia Pharmaceutical is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Accounting Clerk to join our accounts team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to join a vibrant, growing yet well-established company.
Key focus areas:
- Capture and process supplier invoices and basic reconciliations.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks.
- Maintain organised and accurate financial records.
- Support monthly reconciliations and reporting processes
- Assist with stock and inventory-related financial tracking.
- Ensure adherence to internal financial procedures.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance team.
What we’re looking for:
- Relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or similar.
- Some exposure to accounting or administrative work.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
- Must have own transport.
