Under TechBuzz Hub is GPAP – Graduate Professionals Apprenticeship Program – is a program which focuses on equipping students, graduates and those looking to switch/change their careers with a 2 years' experience in just 3 months. The beauty of the program is that you start earning even before finishing the program and after, you stand an 80% chance to be placed for a job if you're that outstanding participant. GPAP is a comprehensive and competitive program that only accepts 5 participants in every cohort per month.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Finance and Accounting Trainee at TechBuzz Hub. The Trainee will be responsible for Learning and managing accounting software, data entry, assisting with financial statements, using analytical skills to assess financial data, and supporting finance-related tasks. Some work will be done in the office in Kampala, with flexibility for some field work.
Qualifications
(A background in accounting is just enough)
Financial Statements, Accounting Software, and Finance skills
Risk and financial management
Financial Planning, Cashflow Forecasting and Investment analysis
Analytical Skills
Communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Pursuing or completed degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
