We are currently recruiting for an experienced Accountant on behalf of a well-established company within the advertising and marketing industry, based in Brackenfell.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on finance professional with strong accounting experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the full accounting and bookkeeping function
- Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Performing reconciliations including bank, debtors, and creditors
- Managing VAT submissions and ensuring statutory compliance
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Supporting payroll processes and liaising with external providers
- Assisting with annual audits and financial reporting requirements
- Monitoring campaign and project profitability
- Ensuring accurate financial controls and reporting standards are maintained
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant Accounting Degree or Diploma
- Minimum of 4 years’ relevant accounting experience
- Previous experience within the advertising, marketing, media, or creative industry would be advantageous
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Strong analytical ability with high attention to detail
