Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable & Vendor Management

  • Process vendor invoices, verify approvals, and ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Manage payment runs (ACH, wire transfers, checks) and reconcile vendor statements.
  • Address vendor inquiries, resolve billing discrepancies, and maintain audit-ready documentation.
  • Support expense tracking, budget monitoring, and procurement-related financial operations.

Accounts Receivable & Client Billing

  • Generate, review, and issue accurate client invoices.
  • Track receivables, manage collections, and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Reconcile incoming payments, maintain detailed customer ledgers, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare aging reports and assist with month-end AR closing processes.

Bookkeeping & General Accounting

  • Record daily financial transactions, journal entries, and adjustments.
  • Reconcile bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts on a routine basis.
  • Maintain the general ledger and support month-end and year-end close activities.
  • Assist with audit preparation, financial reporting, and compliance documentation.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and summaries for management.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to guide decision-making.
  • Maintain organized documentation to ensure transparency and traceability.
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation to increase accuracy and efficiency.
