Accountant Assistant, Cloud-Based Accounting Jobs in Lakefield at Upmarket Virtual Solutions
My Client seeks a proactive and detail-driven Junior Accountant to join their finance team. This role offers exposure to diverse accounting functions and the opportunity to grow within a supportive environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- Sound knowledge of cloud-based accounting systems
- Experience in preparing management reports up to trial balance
- Working knowledge of taxation and SARS e-filing
Advantageous:
- Completed qualification in Finance (Diploma/Degree)
- Solid experience in a similar accounting role
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with reporting standards
- Prepare management accounts and reconciliations up to trial balance
- Handle taxation processes and submissions via SARS e-filing
- Support the finance team with day-to-day accounting tasks
