What You'll Do
You'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day accounting operations of the business by ensuring financial records remain accurate, organized, and up to date.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks
- Processing payroll accurately and on schedule
- Managing accounts payable and vendor bills
- Completing bank and account reconciliations
- Maintaining accurate financial records and data entry
- Assisting with financial reporting and accounting administration
- Organizing accounting documentation and records
- Supporting ongoing accounting and operational processes
- Identifying discrepancies and helping resolve issues quickly
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who can work independently, stay organized, and consistently deliver accurate work.
Requirements:
- Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Bookkeeping and accounting experience
- Experience processing payroll
- Knowledge of accounts payable, reconciliations, and financial recordkeeping
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Reliable, efficient, and deadline-driven
