POSITION INFO:
This role is ideal for a highly skilled finance professional ready to operate at a senior level, partner closely with the business, and contribute to a future-focused environment embracing automation and AI.

Minimum Requirements:
- CA(SA) or CIMA fully qualified
- Minimum 5+ years post-articles experience
- Strong experience in management accounting and financial analysis
- Industry exposure to engineering or similar technical environments preferred
- Advanced Excel skills (essential)
- Exposure to or interest in AI-driven finance transformation
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the management accounting function
- Deliver detailed financial analysis and reporting
- Support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Partner with operational teams to improve financial efficiency
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives
- Contribute to the transition towards AI-enabled financial processes
