POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities: Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Manage internal and external audit processes and ensure audit readiness. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies. Maintain accurate financial records, reconciliations, and general ledger integrity. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Support management with financial analysis and business performance reporting. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives. Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: BCom Degree in Accounting or equivalent Accounting qualification. Experience: 3-4 years' experience in an Accountant role. Previous experience within the Retail industry is essential. Proven experience in budgeting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and audits.
