Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
- Review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
- Monitor general ledger accuracy and accounting compliance.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances.
- Support preparation of financial statements and audit schedules.
- Coordinate with tax advisors and support tax filing requirements.
- Review intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
- Assist in implementation and enhancement of internal controls.
- Support budgeting and reporting requirements when needed.
- Ensure proper accounting documentation and audit readiness.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives across finance operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 6–9 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in oil & gas, EPC, contracting, or multi-entity operational businesses is preferred.
- Good understanding of accounting standards, financial controls, and audit requirements.
- Experience in preparing financial statements, schedules, and variance analysis.
- Knowledge of tax requirements and coordination with external auditors/advisors.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure.
