Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive HORECA Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with key clients across Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés. The role focuses on maintaining existing accounts, maximizing revenue opportunities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of HORECA clients (hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies)
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key accounts
- Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, finance) for smooth order processing and delivery
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Prepare regular account reports, forecasts, and performance updates
- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in HORECA / FMCG / Food Distribution
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
- Existing network within the HORECA sector is a plus
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Fluent in English
