Provide operational leadership for Normet operations in Botswana, overseeing sales, service, and support functions
- Manage key customer relationships with major mining companies and government stakeholders, ensuring sustained revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Drive operational excellence across equipment availability, service delivery, and parts supply, aligned to Normet performance standards
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, group governance standards
- Serve as the senior representative to customers, government agencies, industry bodies, and local communities
